I just spoke to another attorney recommend from one of the girls on the board here and he just accepted the case and is going to overnight eveything  to me. Crazy, I am exhausted but I just knew we were right! He is going to file the Orange form #3 and the blue form. What do you think of that? I don’t know what to think.  I am definitely NOT going to cash the check from the other attorney until the new attorney files the papers and sends them a letter that I sign. So two can play at this game. I refuse to give it to them!
