Unjust Prosecution

I was recently in a fatal crash involving a very prestigious woman in our town. After attempts to charge me with a DUI failed, law enforcement agengies are tring to say that I was attempting suicide. I am 19 years old and I have everything to live for, evryone seems to think that my steering wheel didn't really lock-up causing me to cross over into the other lane. Someone please tell me that can happen or has happened to you, or am I  going to jail?
