Xenadrine and eye stroke

I took xenadrine for 2 years to maintain weight and energy. In April 2003 I a complete oclusion of the carodid artery, and lost the sight in my right eye. I am 50 ears old. I was hospitilized and under went every test imaginable, no conclusions were discovered. I am other wise in good health. Does anyone know of, or experienced similar symtoms.
