Head-on Collision

On 10/22/03 i was involved in a headon collision and i was the passenger in a vehicle. I have suffered a severe neck whiplash injury. The vehicle i was in traveled approximately 50-55mph and we stopped instantly upon impact into a truck towing 2 boats. The other driver at the scene accepted full responsibility for the accident to the patrolmen.

What type of settlement am expecting to receive?
