My husband started taking oxycontin daily about 2 years ago. Since then, he has been totally unmotivated to work (quit is job) and has torn the house apart, saying he has a "project" but never finished these projects. He falls over asleep, or nodding off, at the drop of a hat. He experiences paranoia and He has now run away, claiming I am the cause of all this! I am wondering if I have a case to sue for his divorcing me.

Why is he taking this terrible drug ? Is it a prescription?

I heard that a lot of people are suing for taking this drug. The doctors were prescribing it for pain, but were really giving it out to get trips and stuff from the drug companies! It's horrible.
