I have a lawsuit against Ford too for a roll-over accident I was involved in 2 1/2 years ago. The case is still pending. It takes time. You should call your lawyer and ask for an update on your case -- that's what I do every month. If it sounds like things are moving along, try to be patient. If you always get the same answer, you should contact a new lawyer.

What caused your accident? My niece and nephew were killed 11-04-02 when the Expedition their mother was driving and towing a u haul (trailer started to fishtail) rolled 3 times. They were ejected.
