I realize these type of cases take years (and years!) but I was just curious if we could receive some type of update periodically?

  I joined this suit over two years ago and have never received any update unless I have contacted you all. I should add you all have always been wonderful about offering updates when I do call but I'd love to receive an update (via email or snail mail) every 6 months or so.

  I am sure you guys are working hard and extremely busy but it would be wonderful for me (and I'm sure other parents) to have some idea where there case is going and what kind of progress is being made.
