Personal injury in a resturant parking lot

I would like to know if a resturant can be held liable for injuries substained from falling in their parking lot. Customer went thru a drive thru ...all meal was not put in bag. As customer went across the parking lot herfoot hit an uneven surface and she  fell..substaining main injury to her left foot and loss of work time. Should Emergency room and Specialist fees be taken care of by the business?
Thanks

Re: Personal injury in a resturant parking lot

you should contact a lawyer about this accident.  Not only could the restaurant be responsbile for medical bills, they may be responsible for pain and suffering if the injury suffered is serious.
