Blow out on Dueler AT

I have recently received a form letter denying my vehicle damage claim.  My vehicle sustained at little over $3k of damage as a result of a blow out.  They provide no real technical data to substantiate their findings.  The Dueler AT is a HEAVY DUTY tire that they claim must have been already damage before the blwo out.  They claim " the tire must have been ruptured by a pinhole. object, curb or something else.  This is clearly a pile of crap ... a pinhole???  I did purhcase a new set of the same tires and now fear for both my family and my saftey.  What option(s) do I have for continuing to try to collect for repairs?

Thanks for your help!
