Taxotere

I am curious if anyone else has had a bad side effect of the chemo therapy drug "Taxotere" .  I had a severe reaction to it and according to my oncologist it is very rare to have such a severe reaction.  I suffered swelling and excessive bruising on my hands and feet. I couldn't walk and couldn't  use my hands until we started Prednisone for 25 days.  Then it cleared up.  I still have places on my hands that have really dark patches.  My skin peeled for weeks following the allergic reaction.  I am now suffering major discomfort in my right hand mostly"My dominate" hand.
