toy store accident

two large boxes fell on my 18 month old daughter's head from stack of boxes (not on shelves). manager gave us an ice pack and we filed a report. she didn't lose consciousness but was crying in pain and forehead/scalp was red. any advice appreciated.[color=black][/color][color=black][/color]
