Terrifying nightmares and insomnia, rapid pulse, fast heartb

Wondering if anyone else has had these problems. I tried Wellbutrin several years ago and got through the first wk. with just insomnia and nightmares which were too, too real. Tried it again a couple of years later and it was even worse. Decided to try one more time this Mon. and shortly after became extremely nauseated, vomited blood, had diarhea, sweating/flushing and chills. Low-grade temp. 99.7f. and chest pain that bored through to my back. I can get no help from Drs., all say that smoking is worse. HELP!! I would like help to quit smoking but this stuff will kill me.
