MONTERO ROLLOVER 2 YRS AGO--IS IT TOO LATE?

TWO YEARS AGO, I WAS INVOLVED IN FATAL ROLLOVER IN A MITSUBISHI MONTERO AND MY BOYFRIENDS DIED INSTANTLY. I SUFFERED FROM INJURIES MYSELF ALONG WITH OTHER PASSENGERS. I WANT TO KNOW, IS IT TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT? CAN SOMEONE HELP?
