ford explorer

I Have a 2002 ford explorer. I just really love it. but last week My husbon and I were pulling into a parking space and as I put my foot on the brake to stop the truck it leaped forward like the cruse control kicked in.  I had my foot on the brake and the truck would not stop. It pushed the car in the parking spot in front of my about 3 feet and all of a sudden it stoped. I took my truck right to the dealer and they said there was nothing wrong. Iam very worried about driving this truck any more. Has anyone else had this happen to them?  Ford said they have never heard of anyone having this problem.  If you have please let me know.
