My Dr. put me on Zyprexa for weight gain. Well the side affects, after a month of taking, are too much for me to handel. I have decided to stop use. What I need to know is...
Is it common for a Dr. to put you on Zyprexa when you are already on medications for panic/anxiety disorder?? Because I've been taking Lexapro for over a year and Klonipin for over 4 years for my anxiety/panic disorder.
So I was wondering if the side affects could have been worse because of the medication I was currently taking. Or if they are just commonly that strong. Keep in mind, I was only taking 5mgs daily.
The way I have been feeling is quite unreal, to put it mildly. And any help I could get would be great. I'm currently not wanting to go back to my Dr. because when I went and complained about the side affects, he told me they would go away with use. But they haven't, they've gotten worse. And now I'm starting to get muscle spasms and my muscles are 'twitching' and 'jolting' (for lack of better words) all over the place.
The other night I was sitting with my fiance, watching television when and my body was just 'jumping' all over the place. And no matter how hard I tried to keep my muscles still, they would just jolt more.
Someone please give me some answers. This is really disrupting my daily living.

Hi. Yes I'm also on Zyprexa. I take it just for anxiety. Since you are already taking anxiety medicines the doctor shouldn't put you on this neither because it's very harmful to some people because you can develop diabetes.
