[b][color=violet][/color]Hello...I am a survivor of domestic abuse. In Feb 2002, he has his last chance to eve lay hands on me again, I thought. He assaulted me, I ended up having to have back surgery, several months of rehab and lost me job, my home, my car and most of of my HEALTH. I am the mom of a 12 yr old very active boy and can not join him in most activities. My abuser spent a WHOLE 12 hours in jail and paid a fine of 1500.00.....he also had to attend an anger management class in which he failed to do until the yet again arrested him and MADE him go or go to jail. For the last 2 yrs, I and my son have suffered more than I can explain......I have fought the legal system, insurances and my abuser in court......I can not seem to find release. Due to my losing my job I could no longer afford an atty. My father and my very best friend helped me hire an atty to file divorce again. After yet another year with that atty he wanted more money( I had already paid him well over 4000.00) and i simply didn't have it and my resources were dry. Legal aide will not touch it because my abuser hasnt touched me in the last 30 days. I have a TON of Doctor bills and my injury has nw spread in to other problems. I shouldnt have to live my life off of meds and pain killers. But I do....while my abuser ebjoys his life!!!!!!!!!

Where does this end? I have no job, I am disabled and can not work. Yet the man that caused all this lives his normal life working as a computer software engineer, just bought a brand new car and built a house. Still married to me and living as if he is married to his 23 yr old girlfriend and neglecting the fact he has a 12 yr old son whom he has not paid child support for in over 2 years....... IS THERE ANY JUSTICE AT ALL OUT THERE OR IS IT ALL ABOUT MONEY AND RETAINER FEES???????
