Undue Influence

In 1997 I was severely injured in a seriuos automobile accident. This accident was a major setback to me,both emotionally and physically. The Insurance representative came to the hospital to supposedly represent me.At this time I was very ill and was still suffering from my various injuries and heavily medicated from pain. The case was settled while I was in this unstable condition. This settlement appears to be illegal and fraudelent. The injuries are still requiring me to have medical attention .Please send me information as to  whom do I contact to help resolve this type of misrepresentation ? Thank You for all your consideration regarding this question about Undue Influence.
