I was at my neighbor's home yesterday and saw a letter she received from her attorney. In this letter, it is noted that ALL PLAINTIFFS are advised to accept some sort of a "settlement" agreement under which ALL plaintiffs will be screened in order to weed out those who have no sign of Propulsid damage. To me, it sort of looks like some of the terms of the 7th (or have they gotten up to the 21st) Amendment. In the letter, the clients are advised that they DO have a right to opt out of the proposed agreement; however, they will NO LONGER be represented by their current attorneys. I tell ya.....if blew my mind. If I'm misinterpreting this, PLEASE let me know so that I can clear it up with my neighbor. Also, where should I go to check on the symptoms from the use of Propulsid?
Thank you guys SO MUCH for your help in this matter. It means a great deal to my neighbor. Have A Blessed Day!
