Hello.  I so HOPE you still log in to this site!  I'm new here myself.  I found this message board quite by accident and your message jumped right out at me.  I am also posting this on the message board for others to see. 

PLEASE, tell me your brother is no longer taking Remicade!  If he isn't, I hope he's doing better.

About two years ago, my mother died from what we believe was the direct result of Remicade use.  Here is the link to a webpage I made for her.  At the bottom of the page is what happened to her.

When my mother first went into the hospital, she was only short of breath.  Within 6 weeks, she was dead.  Her lungs went from being nice, wet sponges to being like a BONE DRY sponge - a sponge unable to function.  The doctors at first figured it was TB, but then ruled it out and said they couldn't figure out what was wrong even after doing a biopsy on the lungs.  They [i]never even admitted[/i] that she could have died from the Remicade, though the autopsy reports say she had ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome) - something that can be caused by the Remicade!!!

We tried to sue to get that stuff off the market, but no one would help us and from what I understand once a year passes, we couldn't try any more.  We didn't care about money, we just wanted the stuff off the market.  I hope someone sues the Remicade people. 

IT DOESN'T WORK.  IT KILLS.
