Drug interaction

My wife is taking zyprexa and she also is taking tramadol for pain.  Her symptoms include double vision, slurred speech and she has stability problems walking.
She has been hospitalized recently for those and the doctors could find nothing wrong, is it possible that these 2 drugs should not be taken together?
