Light Cigarette Law Suit/or Personal Injury

My user Name is Muggins, and I was referred to this site through Parker & Waichman Law Firm. Evidently the firm reviewed my dilemma regarding my husband's recent death 7/15/03, and declined further action on this case. What my question was, "What direction should I go regarding personal injury; surrounding a class action suit regarding Light Cigarettes"?..My Response for review was initially my husband's personal pain and suffering during his last eight months of his terminal lung cancer...What I did not provide Parker & Waichman was the personal and emotional pain I suffered during my mental breakdown, which I was immediately hospitalized. My family physician put me on a year medical leave from my place of employment; for mental recuperation. During this time I did not receive employment compensation for my leave of absence. I exhausted my husband's $40,000.00 Life Insurance policy to keep up with my double mortgage, and monthly living expenses. Unfortunately, I am faced with bankruptcy, and a blemish on my good credit.

Another question I don't quite understand is the lawsuit within the applicable deadline (The "STATUTE of LIMITATIONS).  Parker and Waichman directed me to seek other legal direction regarding my legal actions. Through their initial correspondence the firm directed me to the  injurytalk site for e-mail feed back....

Where do I go from here or is this a dead end?............Please Help me... roll
