My company has just launched a very novel website on which claimants can discuss online their claims in privacy with their lawyers and/or be referred to a lawyer using the system. Lawyers themselves can also collaborate within your own online file. It beats email and means you can instruct lawyers at a distance without phone calls/meetings etc and,importantly, that lawyers can more easily co-ordinate as a team on your behalf.
