EFFXER/XR AND BRANDAMEG

HI I WAS TAKEING EFFXER/XR FOR 6TO7 YEARS THIS PAST YEAR I WAS GETING SHARP PAN,S IN MY HEAD BACK TO FRONT / CT SCAN WAS ON 10/8/05AND MRI WAS ON1 0/11/05/ NOW I HAVE /BRAIN DAM.G THE DOC TELL,S ME IT IS FROM DRINKING. OK KNOW I DONT DRINK... HELP WEAR DO WE GO FROM HEAR... THIS DAM DRUG IS WHAT DID THIS AND I WOLD LIKE TO GO AFTER THE CO. RESP..FOR THE HARM THIS HAS PUT ON ME  I AM A TRUCK DRIVER/ WAS A TRUCK DRIVER /
