I had a auto accident 2005 and it setteled out of court but ' they swindled thier way into a way they payed me an amount and was supposed to pay my hospital bills and yhey payed some but i'am still getting them now . Plus nothing showed then that i was hurt in accident but strains and such but now i have a Hurneated disk in my neck from the reck i'am sure. I had a mri an proof  of it. I'm in so much pain. I was hit on a major hwyway from behind at 75 or 80 miles an hour. they convinced me to settle. Can i take them back to court to finish the payments on my Dr. VIsits they did'nt pay an to sue them for the injury that has came from this all.? Please let me know. Theresa Massey
