Construction Site 3 Wheel Golf Carts

Accidents involving 3 wheel Golf carts for use in construction sites.  Known to be unstable and can tip over.  Trying to find specific cases related to this subject.  Involed worker that had cart roll over on him and compound fracture to leg.

why use 3 wheels and not four.
Also I'm doing a science project on oil spills and I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about it or the Exxon Valdez oil spill?
