clozaril feedback please help

I would like to know if anyone has taken clozaril for bipolarI. My sister has just started taking it and i am extremely concerned after a brief article i read.
she is 48.

I would suggest you go the Medline web site and put in key words relating to your problem.  You should be able to find abstracts to articles which can help you:
