Neurontin, which is known generically as Gabapentin, may be linked to suicide and suicide attempts. Neurontin is prescribed for epilepsy but has been prescribed for numerous off label uses. Neurontin was approved for sale in the mid-1990s as a treatment for epileptic seizures. However, it is believed that approximately 80 percent of all Neurontin prescriptions were filled for unapproved medical conditions.

If you or a loved one was injured by Neurontin, please complete the free case inquiry form on the right side of this page.

Attorney availability for citizens damaged by Neurontin

I have read all the entries from poeple suffering the severe symptoms caused by the drug Neurontin.
I could heve written most of them verbatun. The series of symptoms seem to be universal.
With this many of us suffering what can only be described as brain damage from this medication,
why is it that I cannot find an attorney that will even talk to be about my problem unless I have attempted to commit suicide? Is this what it takes to get representaion?
What will it take for us to be heard.
This drug manufacturer should not get off this easily. I know the Feds have  fined them many millions of dollars. But we aren't included in this action at all. They were fined because they misrepresented Neurontin to the Medical Doctors who rely on them to keep abreast of new and changing medications. What about us? why won't any attorney deal with us?
I am ,sadly, happy to see that I am not alone with these terrible symptons.
From what I see, it looks like we have the numbers for a class action suite, we just need an attorney that will stand up and represent us. We have a right to not be injured by medications that were prescribed for diagnoses that they were never approved for .
If any attornys read this, shame on you.
If anyone is aware of a class action suite, or an attorney that is willing to start one, please advise
Thanks,  Jim Jones
