can we get case updates??

I haven't heard anything about my son's case in nearly two years.

I am just wondering if we can get some type of update periodically?

Re: can we get case updates??

hi, i am new to this board. i have  a 15 year old son and had no idea about any of this until a friend of mine told me about this and i filed all of the papers/forms i was supposed to and i did this 4 years ago and the last thing i heard was in a letter i received from parker and waichman saying that since  more than 3 years have elapsed since the date of onset of my childs first vaccine related symptoms i am time barred from filing a claim with the NVICP and thus precluded from filing  a timely claim in civil court, so it also says that we (they) will of course continue to monitor the pending federal actions involving this issue and will notify me as soon as a decesion has been handed down by the court....thats the last i heard of anything from them or anyone for that matter...anyone else know anything?? believe me, if i would have known about this back when my son was little i certainly would have got involved  but i was clueless about any of this at that time.
