side affects listing and lawsuits

I lost all my hearing in my left ear hours after taking Levitra.

The list of Levitra side affects includes deafness  (which I just found out) .

Does that listing prevent me from getting damages from them for my deafness?

Ahhh... it was Viagra that had the warning about deafness.  Levitra did not include that warning.

I think I have a good case....
