Foreskin removal devices

I have just spent the last 4 days in hospital having caught penile cellulitis.  I have left hospital and am currently on antibiotics and unable to work.  The company does recommend only doing this under medical supervision but there's probably no doctor who would assist in helping any of his patients with this device.

Just wondering if I have any grounds to making any sort of claims?
