I have no idea what becomes of the 7th echos, but most of those echos came from the original trust so either they or the 7th should be able to get you a copy.

> Hello, everyone. I'm new to this site, just discovered it about 6 weeks ago. I wish I had found it sooner. I've learned more from the members here than I ever find out from my attorney. I still haven't received my check. I've called my attorney twice (didn't actually get to talk to him) and was told they just received the money from the 7th (this was as of Monday). On the interim distribution it took 4 1/2 months before I received my check. Thanks for listening.

They are taking advantage of you , they have had your money for over a month now, don't stand for it,
They are lying to you and ripping you off.

I talked to my attorney's office again asking when could I expect to receive a check. I was told that the amount that was received from the 7th did not agree with their records and they were going to have to verify the amounts with the 7th and that this process had not been started. I also asked to speak to an attorney and of course no one was available. The person that I spoke to had no idea when I might expect a check. You just can't get past the girl who answers the phone. It's very frustrating.

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. What a wonderful country we have.

Hello out there. Are there people left on the planet--( haven't been paid yet?) I hope we hear something soon about our checks.

You should have gottrn it by now. Did you callthe court or CC?

Still haven't received my check. Guess I might have to call the court or
CC to find out something. My attorney sure isn't keeping me updated.

There are many individuals who are still waiting for approval for payment. Remain patient - phone calls to class counsel or the court (especially now during summer session) will not expedite anything. You should call and write your attorney inquiring when payment can be expected.
