Diabetes

I started on Clozaril this past winter after experiencing some problems.  Now, my problems are worse.  For awhile there, I was feeling great.  No mood swings, etc.  But then, I started feeling physically sick.  I was exhausted, losing weight without even trying and just feeling off.  My doctor did a CBC and found out that my sugars were unbelievably high.  He told me that I have diabetes.  I can't believe it.  I've never had a problem with blood sugar and have no family history of it either.  I did some research and learned that there might be a connection between the Clozaril and my diabetes diagnosis.  I can't believe I traded one ailment for another.  Or I am just totally unlucky?
