I'm 30 years old and I've been on ripped fuel for about 2 years, I just recently started feeling like my heart beat was too fast, so I wen to the dr., and he ordered me to throw the pills away immediately.  I did and have felt so depressed and paranoid is this normal, and if so when does it go away?

Re: Ma huang

I am 32 years old and have been taking these suppliments for quite some time. I first started taking them when training for 5K runs. Then, I started experiencing heart palpitations, shortness of breath, lack of energy, paranoia, lack of concentration...I could go on and on. I stopped taking them for more than a year and these symptoms did not go away. In fact, most of the above are happening daily. I am very moody and feel depressed most of the time. I hate what my life has become. I used to look and feel great. Now, I can't control my weight, have no energy, can't sleep. I have even turned to alchohol to get some rest. I know that is not the answer, but it is the only relief that I can find right now. Somebody please tell me that there is light at the end of the tunnel! I have two beautful sons and a wonderful husband that watch me go through this everyday. This is not fair!

Dear Strong,

A lot of people are responding to side effects of the over the counter drug, Ephedra, which is derived from Ma Huang, per the ingredient bottle of MetaboLess.
