I am mad as heck. I was found guilty of neglect because my son was exhisbiting aggresion and his teacher called CPS saying it had to be his home life. I never realized that the drugs his doctor had him on caused this behavior. He had ADHD, but for some reason his doctor put him on Paxil and Risperdal for over a year, knowing what kind of behavior Cameron was exhibiting. CPS is driving me crazy and putting through hell. Isn't there someone out there, besides wrongly accused parents, who hate CPS enough to take them on???????????????

When you obtain enough money to pay for an attorney, so he/she can provide the department money or the [b]splitting of the fee[/b] as it is called, the problem will go away.
Records for said agency seem to disappear when they are confronted.
This is one of the largest agency's in the state and they have power behind them.
Parents can not defend themselves and the case workers will try to trick a person into signing papers that could lead to your children being removed from your house.
Case workers want to get a case and close it and make tax free income on the side.

this is devastating to the American people who pay these entities with our tax dollars. is there anyone who will stand beside the victims. don't doubt i am in support of the core foundation of cps but i am complete against what it now has become do to greed power envy, they say they are like God who can let this happen. Goliath has come to take our children we can not fight them alone. YOU WANT RESULTS. everyone who wants to do something stop typing, sitting around waiting lets take a stand as a country we are AMERICANS.
