Any Drs out there that are willing to help?

Every time we start with a new DR (including when he originally had the reaction) I explain...my child had a reaction to vaccines, this is why he is "slow". I explain how it happened, what occured, how he regressed, etc.
And ALL they EVER write in their charts is "mother refused vaccine".
NO mention that he had a reaction.
none at all.

So now he's starting school and my state will only allow him to be educated if he has a written note from a DR saying shots are contraindicated in his case (which they are according to the vaccine manufacturers contraindications pamphlet).
But of course his DRs will only write "mother refused vaccines".

So I still need a note from a DR stating the actual medical reason....am willing to travel pretty much anywhere in the US, maybe even Canada to get that note.

Know of any DRs that are still true?
Anyone out there at all?
