i am a 33 year old mother of 3 very young boys.i have used meridia for 2 years and within 6 months of stopping the drug i was hospitalized for 6 days with seizures which i have never had in my life.i was prescribed a drug called tegretol to help with this problem.i however believed i was misdiagnosed so i stopped takin the drug.next thing you know i am back in the hospital for 9 days,from another seizure that caused a hemotoma in my brain when i fell.I am now diagnosed with a seizure disorder that i belive was caused by the meridia and now i am a slave to a new drug to stop the seizures , for the rest of my life.if any one has any comments on this please feel free to reply . Gee, that's awful. Have you considered speaking to an attorney about this? Sounds to me like you might have a case against them. Please share with us and I'll pray for better health for you.
