cardiac problems devloped while on enbrel?

Has anyone experience any cardiac problems while on enbrel.  I recently was diagnosed with mitral and tricuspid regurgitation (I have RA).  I have had problems controlling my blood pressure. First it goes very high-docs  treat  the high blood pressure for a few months--then it bottoms out to about 90/60.  As you can see this makes me feel horrible! 
I was wondering if anyone else out there has these problems?
