Re: Question?

Slander is spoken defamation.  Libel is written defamation.  Generally, to sue someone for slander or libel, you need to prove that what was said or written about you is untrue.

Re: Question?

If you can sue for libel, how would you go about taking the state on in a libel case without them having protection from liability to what they said just because they are CPS? I am peeeeoooo ed.

Re: Question?

Our Child Protection services in the State of Oklahoma falls under what is knowed as the department of Human Services.

A little background information. Back in 1984 I went through a divorce, male, and my 2 children was involved both being under the age of 3 so the court had the DHS involved in a child study.

At the time I knew that the youngest my daughter could be someone else's and my attorney refuse to bring up DNA testing.

While that was going on I could see my son and my daughter was placed in a home with a family who husband took naked pictures of young girls. This was his hobby.

The ruling was for me to have my son and the daughter to stay with this family.

I found a new attorney who worked for very little and we had DNA testing done and she was my child so we filed for a Order of Modification.

During that time I started to investigate her attorney and the DHS and the family where my daughter was.

By paying bank clerks $50.00 I was able to find that checks where made out by the family that had my daughter to my wife's attorney and could be traced back to the DHS for the sum of $1500.00.

I reported this to the governor and the FBI and other state agencies.

Last year I was owed $26,000.00 in back child support. So I went to an attorney that I knew and he told me it would be around $5000.00 up front to represent me at a DHS hearing.

Long story short, I started to investigate and there is what is knowed as splitting of fees between lawyers and the DHS.

I had my hearing w/o an attorney and the DHS tries to get you to sign off for a lesser amount. Very common with males who want back child support.

I refuse to take a lesser amount so they proceeded with the hearing. Before the hearing in the hallway when they did not think I could see or hear a large sum of money was exchange. This time it was $1000.00.

In the hearing they did not ask my former wife one question nor for proof to dispute this claim.

What they did do is ask me to prove that she did not pay. How can you prove something like that? You can not if she is not making payments.

I knew I was going to get screwed going in.

Judgment came in a week later that she did not owe. I knew that because the DHS Attorney had the papers sign before we went in the room by the hearing judge. The attorney thought I was to dumb to notice.

I reported this action and nothing will come of it because it is a daily practice that happens at the DHS and court cases all the time. In fact the governor of the state wants to ban groups from being at the courthouse and has issue a news release to that effect. He is also an attorney.

Why can you not file suit?

The state are even the federal government, has a tactic of postponing cases.

So your attorney who set aside 3 days for your case can not see clients during that time. Case postpone and there is another 3 days that your attorney can not see clients. Unless you have a large sum of money you will not find an attorney who is willing to give up time. Remember time is money for that attorney.

Why do judges allow for postponement? They are paid by the state or federal govt. They have no interest in your case.

I worked for the federal govt. and found large sums of money going from hand to hand. Drugs from a V.A. hospital going to another state and being sold. Cash donations that was sent in to veterans being used as private funds. Did I report this you bet, to the FBI.

I was forced out in which they tried to have me removed, but I got out on disability. There where life threats.

Senior Executive Service.

Is a group of top ranking federal and state employees who will become your emergency govt. in case of a disaster or emergency. They are made up of the FBI, Postmaster of that state, the head of the V.A. Hospital, the head of the DHS and etc.

They are a powerful group that can bring in federal judges and the appointment of state judges and even elected officials. There is a group or body in every state.

The FBI would keep records on people when Hoover was over the agency.

Now that task has been turned over to the Department of human Services.  Such information is gathered by your children in school and from other resources.

We are in the era of no paper trail. It is all on computer where it can and is shared.

In fact what you do not know. When you walk into an attorney's office he has access to information from an other lawyer that you seen in the past right down to any suits and arrest that you have had in the past.

Settlements.

After paying for expenses and for everyone involved in your suit the client is lucky to see 20 to 30 %. To save cost the attorney will first try to obtain a settlement. Maynot be in your best interest, but you can walk away with a little sum in your pocket.

District Attorney.

It is a common practice not only in this state, but others to have you senteced for a long period of time. Not in the interest of the state, but to purchase your property under foreclosed or the failure to pay taxes on said property. They may have family and friends involved or other members of the court community. The district attorney can also further their career in politics.

USDA.

The Department of Agriculture has Rural Home Loans for around 5%.

What they like to do is to get older people to qualify for 30 year loans knowing that the person will die before the loan is paid off.

Then they can bring that house back into their inventory where by law you could come in and purchase the house in inventory for the amount that is owed.

The problem is that they will tell you that they have no houses in inventory. I traced down one office that had 15 homes in their inventory through the clerks records at the courthouse.

They refuse to let me purchase a house in  inventory which I qualify for a loan, but turn me over to a broker.

Tracing records,  the broker would purchase the inventory houses under auction and the SPLITTING OF FEES took place with the USDA and some family members for both parties had some nice houses for what was meant for people with low incomes.

Special interest Groups.

Are writing Bills, do I need to say more.

Government for the People by the People, was a nice concept at one time.

My first post and they may kick me off, so I will shut up.

Re: Question?

I had a friend that sued for slander, and you really have to prove that they are actually slandering you, there must be proof,  I mean proof, like naming the person they are supposedly slandering, written copies showing the proof....etc.

Re: Question?

Regarding the non support. Gol??
In the state of Texas all support payments now must be made
through a speciall clearing house through the county, or state.
This way there is  proof of whether someone paid or not.
If they hand you cash, it doesn't count.

Nicey who ya gonna sue?
