I am a regular on the Fen phen board. 
I have a relative that has taken Vioxx for 3 years and has had a stroke.
Has anyone gotten a atty yet? Where is the class action yet. Has it been filed with a court yet. Are the individual suits still in state court. Has it been sent to Federal Court?
Any info would be appreciated.  I told them not to call one of those 1-800 numbers.
