POSSIBLE CHEMICAL EXPOSURE DURING MILITARY ACTIVATION

Hello, All:
I was asked by a friend of mine to post the following:
Does anyone know ANYONE who was a part of the Military campain in Panama after the invasion of Noriego in around 1995, who may have acquired severe skin cancer?  A friend of mine has this problem and believes it is a result of the chemical, Agent Orange that was emitted in the air at the time of his detail.  Even though he strongly believes his problem is a result of this, he has the problem of NO ONE acknowledging even a REMOTE possibility that this is the cause of his condition.  We believe that there are others out there going through the same agony, yet, are unaware that there are others living with the same problem.

This young man is a HARD worker but ACTUALLY needs to be on disability.  For about 4 years now, his condition has worsened, and his wife has to apply an ointment that contains mustard gas (yep, you read it correctly.......MUSTARD GAS) in it to his entire body.  He can bearly even turn a door knob because his hands are so tender and peeled to the Pink meat.  He has an unbearable itch.  He also stated that he's subject to blister just ANYWHERE on his body, and it has a horrible smell that his wife cannot stand.  He has had radiation treatments on more than one occasion; yet, his is no better.

If you know of ANYONE in the military who is experiencing this same problem or one similar, PLEASE PM me.  We are DESPERATE to be able to find someone who may be able to fight for him.  He's only 54 years old and is not yet old enough to retire.  He has been in the Army Reserve for 23 years; however, he won't be eligible for military benefits until he's 62 (I think).

I look forward to hearing ANYTHING that ANYONE may have to offer, including suggestions as to some other place we may need to go in search for information and others in the same predicament.  THANKS.
