A Question from across the pond

Could anyone tell me how your 'class actions' work? Does one firm head the campaign, with other firms acting as 'feeder' firms? Is a class action state-wide, or nationwide?

Your help would be appreciated.

Thanx, in anticipation

Re: A Question from across the pond

If your government is anything like ours, you certainly don't want to sell your rights down the river in a class action!  Good luck! sad
