Automobile accident / work related

I was involved in a work related automobile accident.  I was not at fault and the other driver was 100% at fault and ticketed.  However at the ER they did a drug screen test because it was work related and I tested positive for THC.  There is no way!  I admit to previous useage over 2 years ago but have been clean.  It was after being discharged from the ER that I was told about the results and have undergone random testing at any time, any place requested by any doctor and have always been negative.  What can I do to prove that it was a false positive result?
