Hi, my name is Joshua. im speaking for my girlfreind who was harrast
by an older gentlemen. she doesnt know how to go about handling this
probem so i decided to contact you guys.
we live in lakeland fla (highland city)

Allow me to explain the details according to my girlfreind (Victem).

Last FRIDAY (21st) Racheal (GF) was waiting for the bus here in
highland city to go to work. she was kinda sick so she decided to go
into the local store (Highland City MeatMarket) to get a tissue. when
she walked in, nobody was around...not even the store owners. they
where not in the store at all. racheal said she heard a pounding
sound and it worried her, thinking someone may have been in trouble
or hurt. (we soon found out it was just workers on the roof) anyways,
worried...she called out to see if anyone would respond. no one did
so she headed to the door of the store to leave when one of the guys
who worked there was coming in at the same time. she greeted him and
told him she was thankfull he came in because she thought someone
might have been hurt. the guy then proceeded to wrap his arm around
her and tell her it was ok. hes an older korean man. he then started
to walk back into the store with his arm still wraped around her,
talking to her. she then ventured off away from him to buy some chips
(mainly just to break free of his arm) as he went around behind the
desk to ring her up. after she aproched the desk to pay for her
stuff, he then reached over the counter which is about 3 or so feet
wide and wraped his arms around her tightly and was saying it was ok,
after a few seconds he said to her "Kiss?" she said "What?" he then
said "Kiss!" and grabed her face and open mouthed kissed her on the
lips. she immediatly grabed her merchendise and left the store.

Why he did that i do not know but it made her very uncomfortable. me
as well, being her boyfreind and highly upset at this man for kissing
her against her own will.
I know they have cameras so it must be on tape....unless he erased
it, but i do not know how long they must legally keep a recorded
tape. but either the tape caught it and its still there, or he erased
it. either way both would show him guilty. i am contacting you to see
our options about handling this matter. 2 other people here in
higland city has told us that it has happend before with other
females. obviously no legal action was taken then, but we hope to
change that now. it may have only been a kiss this time but who is to
say its not something worse next time?
if we have a case here then we would possibly like to pursue it.
