I am currently undergoing the same type of harassment as I have read from the other post on deadly electronic weapons.However the difference between my harassment and the ones I have read is I am under attack within the inner city streets of Detroit mainly on forrer st and prevost st. zip code 48227 where gangmembers have gotten hold of these deadly electronic weapons.Through my research on the net and the symptoms I am suffering from I believe my attackers are using homemade MICROWAVE WEAPONS which you can see on this link http://www.mikrowellenterror.de/english/mw-weapon.htm
What triggered these attacks I have no idea I just know I am a victam.Thanks to the threads posted before this one I now have some way to fight back by writing letters to these organizations.My symptoms range from insomnia , burning irritated eyes and skin ( especially in the groin area ) sexual abuse and neighborhood taunting.I must warn anyone who is experiencing these attacks that MOVING WILL NOT HELP.I have moved and am still experiencing the same attacks which I have concluded is possible through SATELLITE TRACKING.

This letter is to address illegal methods used while my privacy was and is
being invaded by use of high-tech surveillance gadgets to perform covert and overt
spying operations on behalf of your corporation or organization. Although,
security is very important to any organization private investigation and
surveillance, most major companies have policies and procedures in place that
all workers should abide. I hope this situation is not such that your company
executives are not aware of these events. My concern is not with knowing if
your organization conducted this investigation or sought an outside consulting
firm to handle it, but it is with how the process mirrored a C.I.A. operation
conducted on a single woman employed as a clerical worker in the State of
Michigan with two daughters who have been suffering since the onset of your
investigation in 2001.
The investigators and/or employees working this case does not appear to be
aware or knowledgeable of invasion of privacy laws, ethics, or the First and Fourth
Amendment rights given to me and my children by the U.S. Constitution. I have
had to endure several accounts of this group masquerading in public and other
places of my employment, schooling, and medical facilities over the years. I
believe your company cares about and vigorously protect privacy. I feel this
situation should be brought to your attention because the means did not justify
the end.
The measures taken was very extreme just to attack a mouse. I don’t believe
they every stop to consider that criminal intent is also associated with them
creating this conspiracy in the first place, but an unwitting grounds of
ignorance is not a defense especially when the actions are continued with full
participation.. After learning of the illegalities of the actions taken
against me and my family, I found out that the means by which you acted and
your purpose are in fact illegal. Yes it’s true that your corporation or
organization has the right to perform investigation proceeding, but it is also
true that the purpose and means must also be lawful; and even if they try to
claim that their purpose was in fact lawful they still must justify the
forceful means they used to achieve their so call evidence against me which was
and is illegal.
According to Michigan law, Act 256 and 257 of 2003 harmful electronic or
electronmagnetic devices to threat or cause bodily harm is a crime punishable
by imprisonment for life and $25,000.00 in fines or both per count. This
equipment was used to shoot harmful electronic electronmagnetics at me every 15
seconds while they constantly turned up frequencies all in the name of trying
to get me some psychological help in an unlawfully method and to avert potential
charges, and to shift blame to me the victim, but it only shows the wrongdoing
with no sign of abating. As a result, I have experienced health related
issuses such as eye damage and skin burns from being electricuted with various
cycles of current attempting to completely damage my internal organs (including
my brain) during their interrogation process they called a test. This method
is similar to those used in torture camps and prison facilaties to intentially
execuate a person. Electromagnetic harassment with remote wireless weapons
technology; which often accompanies group stalking, occurs when directed energy
weapons are aimed at an individual to inflict great pain or illness upon
contact. Symptoms include: pain to the skin, head, limbs, or inner organs;
burns, rashes, redness, feeling of sharp pin pricks, nausea, sleep deprivation,
manipulation of body parts, and much more!
Normally, this type of corporate investigation is done on your competitors,
executives, management, or to unearth compromising data about individuals for a
reason such as a lawsuit against you. However, this was not the case. It is
not done just because a company and it’s employees has the capability to do so
or for any other reason such as sexual harassment. In addition, this group did
unofficially through third party verbal conversations, and etc. accuse me of
wanting to write a book about this situation, as well as wanting to shoot and
kill them for violating me and my children privacy in our home and in public
since 2001, but they have also accused me of everything under the sun. For
those who may have the opinion that a victims just want to sue, obtain workers
compensation, or just want to kill the corporate bullies to settle the score is
the biggest fear and often easier for bullies to cry wolf after they have been
caught committing the crime for many years; especially when the victim is
constantly being pursued from employer to employer (attached resume).
Business Intelligence enables organizations to make well informed business
decisions define problem or behavior, draw conclusions, make recommendations,
and take action not in the form of crimes such as the ones I have listed.
Intimidation, harassment, stalking, blackmail, extortion, threats, conspiring,
and actual physical-mental-verbal abuse is never acceptable nor is creating
fraudulent information while obstructing justice. It’s no way claims can be
made that what transpired within my home and etc. was or should be a matter of
public knowledge and it was ok for them to disclose such private matters.
Most notably, the actual case in this matter is that not one member in my
family has ever attacked or sued anyone in our life. Our legal rights to be
reasonably protected from the accused, the right not to be excluded from any investigation
proceedings, the right to be heard, the right to proceedings free from
unreasonable delay, and the right to be treated with fairness and respect has
all been violated by your organization. I don’t believe a excellent company
reputation should be damage because apparently the information did not reach
the top levels of the organization or because of the mis-management of the
situation. Although, I am not aware of the extent of your knowledge, action or
inaction, or the questions you have raised; I have spoken with Kerry Wade from
AT&T, Midwest Executive Offices who referred this matter over to AT&T Asset
Protection department and I was told by the Area Manager, Herbert M. Kaltz that
the matter is being looked into on January 16, 2007.
It is very good to know that your organization prize the trust customers,
business associates, and other members of the community place in you. Please
accept this letter as an official complaint and notification of this problem.
I have employee names associated with this bogus travesty resulting in no
legitimate reasons to have conducted an investigation in the first place. I
don’t believe seeking assurances from the individuals or the employees
conducting the original investigation in 2001 until the present will do any
good because they have stated on many occasions that they plan to plead the
Fifth if this matter was to ever proceed to legal, media, or other channels.
It is the responsibility of the company and it’s leadership to take immediate
and appropriate action to report or deal with incidents of harassment and
stalking of any type, including sexual harassment whether brought to your
attention or whether it has been personally observed. Under no circumstances
should a legitimate complaint be dismissed or downplayed nor should the
complainant be told to deal with it personally. These events described in this
letter is also available on your company surveillance tapes and my website at

individuals causing the mayhem even those coerced into taking an active part
because there was no bystanders in the group efforts of Gang Stalking and
Harassment which also included management.
Please note: I have a right to defend myself and my family against these
attackers. I personally find it appalling and believe the public will agree
that the manner in which the investigation case has been handled was more like
a "scene from The Godfather or Scarface movie.†I can only assume they was
trying to make me an offer I couldn’t refuse, especially if I every wanted to
work again, and if I ever wanted to have privacy or peace again, let alone if I
wanted to get a good nights rest again – “I needed to go and commit myself for
psychiatric treatment or kill myself. Nonetheless, they did state they are
getting me before I get them (priceless) however, I’m hoping your organization
executives and directors swiftly look into this complaint because the damage
has already been done to tarnish my reputation within several workplaces.
