Hit and run?

Hello,

Last November, while backing up from a parking spot, I slightly hit another car's door. Whith the lady we agreed to just solve the matter by ourselves and not file an accident form.
I gave her all my info and waited for her to call with the price to fix her car. She called me 3 weeks later, telling me it was $150.  So I asked her to send me a copy of the estimate and I would gladly pay her.
I didn't hear from her in 8 months and suddenly last week she asked me angrily for the money threatening to file an 'Hit and run' claim against me.

What are my rights here? Is there a deadline for this claim? Can she really file an 'Hit and Run' claim?

Thank you for your help,
