Hello, I was in an auto accident where I had the right away & the other guy ran a stop sign. I was on a hwy & he t-boned my vehicle. His insurance totaled out & already paid for our vehicle. I was injured & am still going through the recovery for that, so my injury claim is not there yet. They have never even contacted me. I have a lawyer although he can't seem to answer my questions in an understandable way. So,,, what my question for you all is, Since the other guys insurance company has paid for the totaled out vehicle, does that not mean that they have claimed 100% fault in this accident? Thank you in advance for any comments.
