TBI from nursing home "accident" fall from Hoyer L

I am interested in talking with people who have had a relative suffer a TBI and then death.  Our mother suffered a fall from 4 feet from a Hoyer Lift at a nursing Home Jan 1, 2004 and died Feb 22, 2004.

Interested in hearing from people who have had relatives suffer TBI and death following.
