gravel on road - car flipped

I am currently looking into sueing a dev company for large amount of gravel left on the road causing me to lose control of my car. I have had a brain injury, major back injury which reqiured spine surgery and several other things. I have all the proof in the world to show they were responsible including pic's & witnesses. I was wondering how to decide how much to sue for.. My losses for med bills, car loss & lost wages are about 60,000 and the pain and suffering are still here. The accident happened in June  of this year. Any ideas on an amount to start at? Or even what would be right to settle out of court?

Thank you all for your time and help,
SAF
