three car accident, i was rear ended but caused no injury or damage to other vehicles
about 1000 in auto damages
about 3000 in medical expenses--chiropratic and therapy
no meds--scared of them
no hospital scared of them
self empolyed
x rays images--from hospital imaging center--they sent wrong report to chiroprator--initially, cause for significant mental anguish until correct report submitted and x-rays reviewed again
denial of liability from insurance companies-claiming their insured was not at fault but fault was with the other insured--no action until court case filed
one year latter still significant back pain
about 600 in court cost filings
endless hours of effort to pursue the claim, tons of documentation
what is all this worth
