In a minor collision, want to settle apart from insurance.

I was in an minor collision on the freeway.  Unfortunately I was at fault.  Both parties do not want to get our insurance companies involved.   Can anyone recommend a letter or a contract that can be drafted up to for both parties to sign stating the agreed amount to be paid for damages.  I don't the other party to come back several months later and start claiming they have back pains, etc....

Thanks

Re: In a minor collision, want to settle apart from insurance.

chrss....   that would be the worst mistake for you to do, if you both have
insurance go threw the insurance that is why we pay automobile insurance for
do not take any chances on settleing on your own. And yes these other persons
can come back at you and sue you and then your looking at a big lawsuit against
you. But what ever you decide good luck!!!!.
